拉肚子快两周了，英文到底该怎么跟GP说才不像小事

I've had diarrhoea for almost two weeks, sometimes with cramps, and I feel drained. It's not getting better with just plain food. 这样描述行吗？上次我说stomach upset，GP就让我多喝水回家观察，这次想说得具体点，但怕听着太夸张。

加上频率和有没有血，比如three or four times a day，no blood。GP对duration很敏感，超过两周会认真些。

我上次直接写的watery stool several times daily for 10 days，GP马上让我交stool sample，别只说upset。
